Men's Issues
Asking for help, seeking assistance, or just sitting down to talk about personal concerns can be difficult for many men. It is our effort to make this as comfortable as possible with respect and in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. The physical design of our office creates a comfortable and confidential environment that provides ultimate privacy for you.
Areas of concern might include anger, marital challenges, work stress, family conflict, isolation, mood regulation, unhealthy behaviors, and self care.

Life Transitions
Life is a process of transitioning from one developmental stage to the next. During each stage we experience a psychological crisis which has either a positive or negative outcome. Having some guidance and support will help insure a more positive development.
We are here to assist men and couples in transitions from the family home to independent living, entry into work life, developing intimate relationships, middle age, or retirement

Mental Health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. (WHO) Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community. It is an integral component of health and well-being that underpins our individual and collective abilities to make decisions, build relationships and shape the world we live in. Mental health is a basic human right. And it is crucial to personal, community and socio-economic development. Mental health is more than the absence of mental disorders. (CDC)

Enneagram
We all suffer from a human condition-we’re asleep to ourselves.
To live meaningful lives full of deep and satisfying relationships, we must awaken to who we truly are underneath the plaster of our personality. The Enneagram provides a powerful framework for understanding the human personality and psyche that allows us to move through the world with greater consciousness, awareness, and emotional wisdom. In doing so, we not only experience our own personal fulfillment and happiness, we spread that transformation to others and the world around us. It spills out of us like a bucket full of spring water. (Ian Cron)

Marital
Marriage is a process of continuous interaction with our spouse. These interactions are attempts to solve problems. Conflict will arise if we are not aware of our partner’s need—and if we are unaware of our own need. Without this awareness we are stuck attempting to solve the wrong problems.
In our work with you we look at your needs, learn to understand specific functional issues within the marriage, and learn to recognize different “types of love” and how this impacts your marriage.
